Digital room stat doesnt seem to start the boiler?

Hi, I have fitted a Glow worm flexicom 30 boiler,and a boss digital room stat,(all new less than 3 months old)problem is the boiler has stoped working automatically from the stat but fires and works fine on manual overide on the boiler? any ideas

Is the timer working, try reseting the t/stat.
