Dimplex Cadogan Electric Fire

I have read advice on the forum about the above fire and the advice was if the lights and smoke effect are not working then a transducer may need to be replaced. I noted the company that they recommended to contact for supply of this transducer but my question is where do I locate this transducer in the fire to look at it and then replace it?
