I have a problem with my dimplex nav 15 Pebble fire. Ive had it for 6 years now, ive never used the heat setting only the glow. Suddenly it has stopped working for no reason. I have renewed the batteries in remote, checked the bulbs inside which are fine, and changed the fuse in the plug and still its not working. This wasnt exactly a cheap fire at the time, Im not very happy that this has happened. any ideas at all? Winter is coming and I would like to be able to at least turn

If you are sure the new fuse was good then try plugging it into a different socket, use an extension lead if necessary. If that fails to make a difference then you are going to need a multimeter to check the supply inside the fire. It may be the best idea to call an electrician for that though.

Thank you for your reply, yes i have tried it in another socket and extension lead so looks like an electrician is the next step, hopefully it might be cheaper than a new fire. Thanks again.
