Does it end the program early with the start light flashing?
If it goes all the way through the program but doesn't heat the water at all then it can be a faulty NTC or faulty pcb.
Hi thanks for replying I think that it goes all the way through the programme, there is no flashing light and seems to take just as long to wash. What is a NCT or a pcb. Many Thanks
