Dipped Roof Sagging

Anyone know what could causing the dip in this old roof?

Is this anything to be worried about?

We are currently looking to buy this property but not yet at survey stage.

Could this been undersized rafters sagging? If so what rough cost would this to replace rafters?

It maybe just a dimple change of roof pitch . You need a photo end on show pitch of both sections

Plenty of those around this way, you would not have any headroom in the bathroom if it didn't change pitch.
