Direct Megaflo question

Ok guys, i have a Megaflo to fit next week. Its a direct one with 2 x 3kw immersion heaters. Unfortunately the customers consumer unit and current wiring will not allow us to wire in both heaters at the same time.

Is it possible to wire it with just one heater working until the electrical work is carried out?

Yes, just connect the bottom element until the wiring/consumer unit work is complete.

They are both electrically isolated from one another.

Just to complicate things, you could use a dual immersion switch,

giving the customer the choice of which immersion heater to use.
