I have light coloured walls and the concrete sill lets the water drip down the wall at both sides. Can I build up a ridge using expoxy or similiar at the edges so the water runs to the front and away from the wall. There is a drip groove under the sill. Thank you

I have seen that kind of thing before. It's as if something within the concrete/reinforcing of the cill itself, leeches out when it rains, and over the years causes what looks like a dark permanent water stain down the wall, either side of the cill.
