Hi some of my radiators are sludged up. I have put some fernox F3 cleaner in the system and now the water in the small header tank is all dirty and cloudy. Is this normal? Thanks in advance

No, clean out the header tank tank with a bucket and sponge, or you might get debris in your system.
Flush through your heating system and once refilled apply inhibitor to your system.
