Needs a key to go in the 3 slots.
Be surprised if you can service it tbh.
Maybe if nothing is broken and you have patience but it depends if it has innards that are not pressed in with barbs etc.

Try submersing it in mild detergent and warm water first. Then a good spray with wd40 or gt85 or silicone spray.
