dishwasher diagnostics esl6115 water not hot

hi guys

need help for a damsel in distress,

electrolux dishwasher has suddenly developed this problem
water tepid not hot

is this machine rn from cold supply only or could that bit of heat be from dhw supply

pcb and switches ok relay activates and puts 230v to element cables

runs through program to end

is there a stat which should hold the program while water heats ?

or is heating just a timed thing (maybe element only partially operating ??)

does anyone know what the stat resistance should be at room temp and if it's easy to get to/replace
