Dishwasher in an arkward place

Hi All,

Hope someone can help. I have been given a new dishwasher i was hoping to install but wasn't sure if it could be done. I have the ideal spot for it but on the opposite wall to my sink. however to the side of it is my downstairs bathroom with toilet directly at the side and a small sink a bit further away.

There are electrics there but wondered if it's possible to get water supply and drainage.

oh ps i have concrete floor

assuming its cold fill only -new ones are- then you could drill through to toilet for your mains water and for you waste water....with a bit of adapting
