Dishwasher not working anyone with any ideas? Pics inside

Hi guys

We moved into a new house and the dishwasher which was working before we moved in seems to not like us very much!

Not sure why it isn't working. I thought maybe the water was turned off to it but the valve under the sink seems to be turned on (pic below)

Any other ideas?

The red light seen below should flash when the dishwasher is ready to start:

Try disconnect inet hose and check filter might be blocked, or waste is blocked
