Dishwasher (Water left in bottom)

I have a new Candy dishwasher bought and installed as part of a new kitchen suite but when it finishes running there is always water left in the bottom, can anyone tell me why? The filters are all clean but that's about all I know how to check, which is also why I keep getting ripped off by tradesmen...

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks...

The supplier of the machine is the first person to contact re any faults with a new machine. you can also contact Candy Helpline on: 08705 990 011.

They will ask for model & possibly Serial No:

Is the waste pipe slightly blocked ? Water might be running back to the dishwasher if it's not getting away.
