Whats the maximum distance that the oven can be from the oil tank?? Roughly speaking (unless I take the oil pipe underground) I will have a run of approximately 45 metres. Is this too much??

I could run it underground but even then its going to be 35 metres at least.

I still have the option to use LPG but the same applies in fact this could be worse as at least the oil tank is already sited.

Any advice??

No, 45 metres is not too much, you just need to get your pipe size correct, there are tables to work this out.

Cheers.

A general plumber should be able to do this or do you need CORGI??

Oil is nothing to do with Corgi......yet.. , a plumber can do it as long as he does it to the regs.

Got no 'm' yet.

Just planning what I want where. No point in me putting a cooker in a place that it couldnt possibly be supplied by the oil is there??

That would work.....

A piece of ply over the top and you have a coffee table....
