Does popping a tendon / ligament in my elbow count?
Trying to b o l o k a screw up tight, when the drill driver said "No more!"
Three months ago now and, despite physio, getting worse.......

Had a few but always managed to recover the situation. Good way to learn.....

No - the Bosch couldn't get the screw in far enough, so I tried to nip it up with a screwdriver.
I blame it on jacking the weight training five years ago, and taking up swimming instead. Ligaments and tendons are much weaker nowadays....
