Do all vertical radiators require a flow diverter?

Hello, I was about to buy a vertical column radiator (1800x470) but have been warned to check if it has a flow diverter installed, as they otherwise struggle to heat properly (or take too long). The company has confirmed it does not come with said part installed (they don't even sell them) but recommended at least 1.5 bar of pressure and it should be fine.

Please can someone advise if I need to search for another manufacturer which includes a flow diverter?

Many thanks.

Depends on the radiator. Some I have installed that don't have them worked just fine. And others that come with a diverter installed left a lot to be desired ( noisy ,and slow to heat up ) ,some worked perfectly well.
