Hi folks I’m the not so a lucky owner of a heatline vizo 24 I’ve got no hot water the actuator motor works fine so I was recommended to fit a new divert valve kit which looked straightforward I have removed the big black nut and it looks like I have to remove the divert valve to replace the other parts from the other side if so how do I remove it?
Any help would be gratefully received.

Did the boiler fire up when there was a hot water demand?

If it did then did the radiators heat up?

If so then you needed a diverter.

However, most Heatlines I see with no hot water are due to the flow turbine sticking....and it needs Gas-safe installer since it requires the gas valve to be removed.

Hi sorry for the lack of info yes the boiler fires up and the radiators get hot but no hot water but the diverter motor moves when I turn the hot water on that’s why I got the diverter valve repair Kit. thanks

So what happens when you operate the diverter valve pin manually?
