Do I need/should I seal my concrete base under my suspended floor?

We have damp/mould problems and I'm planning to insulate and improve airflow to compensate..

While I have my flooring up, should I seal the concrete base with a liquid DPM?

While it sounds like a good idea, can it cause trapped moister?

Does the concrete appear damp. It may already have a DPM underneath it.

Pointless.
You need to ensure adequate ventilation.

OP,
Where do you have "damp/mould problems"? Why not annotate pics to show the suspect locations?
Would you also post a pic showing the external ground level outside the bay?
The bay frontage would need at least three air bricks, and through ventilation from front to rear elevations under the suspended floors.
