Do I need a new pump or am I just blocked??

Ok so an update..... Took the pump of completely and it is definately working fine, spinning and the works.
When I put it back on and turned CH on it decided now was a good time to start working, however 3 of my rads (all in same room) are stone cold.
Bled them again, no air just water. When I close all the other rads off to push the hot water through they heat up pretty well.
When the other rads are turned back on they cool down again. Would I be right in thinking that there must be sludge somewhere and im just pushing it around the system??
