Do I need iso valves?

As the title suggests, do I need iso valves on the inlet to my shower pump, if I already have a gate valve on the supply anyway.

Seems a bit redundant having the iso valve on the inlet when there is a gate valve not more than a metre away.

If you are happy that the gate valve works then the answer is No.

Yep, swap out the GV's while you are at it. Eventually, you won't be able to without a load of greif. Unless they are Peglers, which is more unlikely than not - unless it is one of my old jobs
