do i need planning to convert poultry house into stables????

Hi do i need planning to convert the poultry house into a stable block? the poultry house i have attached a picture and a blue arrow showing you which one it is. The size of the poultry house is 18m by 8m and i am wanted to get stables erected inside 5 in total and a tack room.
