Do I need to replaster or maybe fix the plaster?

Hi,
I bought an old house and started to remove wall papers, so I can get some newer looks.

There is some hairline on one wall and when removed wallpaper, I think some the plaster may not be good any more.

I am wondering if I need to replaster the whole wall or I can just patch the hairline and the small cracked plaster?

If you are getting a pro in, it will be cheaper to tape and skim the whole wall rather than patching the plaster.

Is any of it blown?
are you looking to upgrade the comms/wiring?
Does the house need better insulation?

Could be a chance to take it back to brick, rewire, fit insulation and replace with plasterboard.
