do i seal porcelain, tiles if so what with, i have floorboards on the floor but i will be putting down 18mm WBP ply is this a good idea & do i seal with PVA
thanks

Generally I don't although we have used some recently that the supplier recommended sealing with Lithofin stainstop apparently they had had a complaint about oil staining them on a garage floor, so its best to check.
18mm ply is good preferably screwed around 300mm centres but primed with a recommended primer not pva. With Bal adhesive I use Bal bond SBR but if I used a different adhesive I'd use the primer recommended by the adhesive supplier.Make sure you get a flexible adhesive and grout.
