Do these holes and notches in my joists need strengthening?

There is a 24mm hole directly below a notch of 20mm Square at the too of the joist.
This is on a 5 x 3 inch joist which is around 6 foot long in a bathroom.
It's around 14 inches from the end.

The other one is just a notch around 20 mm deep by maybe 70mm wide.

It depends on the spacing, but I would say it's worth sistering them if you have the space.
