Hi if I am making a render mix and have Mastercrete which has plasticiser
already in it if I understand correctly, do I still add platiciser or is what it contains already sufficient?

I know it seems a silly question but if Mastercrete contains the right amount of plasticiser already I cant understand why people just don't buy Mastercrete all the time to save mixing things in it etc.

Correct, silly question.

There is no such thing as the right amount of plasticiser.

Pros like to control how much dope they put in their mixes and not to be dictated to by an expensive gimmick.

As nose says brick laying - flag laying and rendering all take very different amounts of plasticiser.

If you put too much in you'll struggle to get your render to stick to the wall.
