Went to a club to price a combi swap , told them i couldnt do it and it required more work to be done on the gas and ventilation.Someones been and swapped the combi.was there yesterday and whilst having a look did a few calcs. u16 meter with about 25 to 30 m of 28mm copper to first tee.supplies about 4.5cubic m / h .seems o.k The problems are- in the next room off the same 28mm is a 300000+btu andrews heater that requires about 9 cubic m /h.Therefore at the tee to the combi you need about 12cubic m/h.Also the ventilation for the andrews is nts.The IV for the instal is well above 0.035 , so the domestic fitter shouldnt have touched it.How would you guys class and handle this situation bearing in mind i havent touched anything so probably only duty of care comes in to action.
