Does anyone know how to change A Scandinova Fan Element

Hi I'm a Newbie

Does anyone know how to change the Fan Cooker Element on a Scandinova Duel Cooker.

I have a replacement element and have removed the cover, but how do I get the element off?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
