Pan head allen screws is pretty close!
Probably a metric coarse thread but it's impossible to be absolutely sure.

Socket head metric machine screws. You'll probably struggle to get that exact style, but even Screwfix do button head ones which do as well (granted they are stainless steel, but they illustrate the sort of thing I'm referring to)

they usually are, but yours are rather short.
