Sorry for the randomness but does anyone have any idea what this is? Google lens has suggested some things but they're not what ever this is!

They're fully metal, and have a bit of weight behind them!

It's the coolant insert for an interociter data gatherer and storage mainframe.
 
How big is it? Does a screwdriver /bit fit that hex hole? Does the top part (fig3) push down? Sprung?
