Has anyone got any tricks for this? Bought a pair of sunglasses the other day thing it was a sticky label but it's not.

Looks/feels like it's painting on the lens as you can feel it over the top of the lens. A quick google suggest nail polish but I don't like what it might do to the actual lens as well.

thanks.

A blob of wallpaper paste left for a couple of hours will soften various paints enough to scrape them off.
Be careful whatever you use if the glasses have an anti-scratch coating, as it can be damaged by chemicals.

I'd tried a fingernail without any success, but soaking it is a good idea. If that fails i'll try the wallpaper paste.

Thanks for the suggestions!
