Does having a elbow under floorboards for shower waste affect anything

I am renovating and wanted to check something that the plumber did. The shower waste pipe under floorboards has a 2 metre run. Around half way into the run the plumber has put a 2 90 degree elbow to make the pipe go right a bit. Will this impact the fall of water?

Not those horrible 90 square bends ? I would have used swept bends or 45's. The water will go through OK but wait until the hair and soap gets there. You can access one end through the shower trap - an access point at the other end would be a good idea if it can't be changed now.
