I have a bag of floor tile adhesive..
does it "go off" once you open it like cement does?
if I don't use it all in one go and take 4-5 days to do the room ( bad back, bit at a time ) will it go off in the bag?

It does go off but not that quick. Just keep it dry.

If its been open for longer than a week or two it can affect the curing times.

Ive had adhesive in my garage for about a month before and then used it on a job with no probs, curing time didnt seem to alter.

ok.. thanks.. now..

if I mix up a batch and don't use it all, will it "keep" if I put it in an airtight container? if it won't, how does the pre-mix stuff not set in the tubs?

It starts to form balls when it has had it. If it is still powdery and free from hard lumps, you can use it without worry.

welcome back mr GC sir, i trust it was more pleasant than the last one!

Twas sir. I only barfed the once (not drink enduced I hasten to add). Turkey ain't as cheap as it used to be though.
