Does this eaves detail look right

I. Down pipe exiting on new roof.
2. fascia too high.
3. lead apron interrupted by window.
4. Skylight too low.
5. Tiles poorly fitted.
When they give these magic low pitch figures for tiles it means without skylights.

appreciate the down pipe enters onto the roof and not ideal... but no where else to put it.

sky lights are in the right location just above half way

lead goes into mortar joint under window, had to do this to raise height of roof to get me as near as we could to 15 degree.

fascia is about 1cm from top of rafter, we cut it down the other day.

what’s wrong with the tiles?

I suggest a calculation from many of the tables online - I really do suspect that with the main roof draining on to the extension and the extension having an end located downpipe, the gutters are just under spec for the roof area.

The velux window look to be set too low in the roof, tiles are kicking up as well.
Take another couple of pictures.

Drop the downpipe off the main roof down in your neighbours side.
