Does this pipework look okay?

Sink waste is slightly more straightforward, needs a new hole knocking or coring through the wall, and a new waste pipe putting through at the correct height.
It’s hard to tell as we can’t see the bottom of the sink, but I wonder if the existing hole was at the right height until that tee piece was inserted for (presumably) a second sink to the right. With luck, maybe it could be re-done without needing to drill the wall.

Definitely easier than fixing the incoming supply!

@owl84, where is the external ground level relative to what we can see in the photos?

P.S. Do you know how to turn off your water supply outside? If not, find out.

OP has been in touch and is not far from me.
He sent me a video and a few more photos I asked for.
The sink waste is straightforward.
The mains supply needs more on site investigation.
I'm going out to site for a reccie.
Just so you guys have an update :)

I'd say it's drop is more to do with the appliance spigot adapter that's been added between the tee and the sink waste. The tee on the 11/2 sink kit is a standard part of that waste kit and hasn't been added

Take the garbage quality spigot adapter away and it's maybe got a chance to be @ the right height. If 2 appliance spigots are needed then it can be changed for an alternative kit

but have to agree there may be a chance to avoid having to cut another hole.

It's all been done by someone that's only playing at being a plumber and obviously has no real concept, experience or training as to how to implement any of it properly.

Thanks again to everyone for your thoughts and advice on the mains water and sink waste. Thankfully dilalio came over today and has everything sorted!

The drain did need a new hole drilling. I think the previous owner had put in a deeper sink than would originally have been there, and without enough room underneath to the old exit point, even with that McAlpine set up.

It turns out the MDPE pipe was actually to take water out to the outdoor toilet. With the damaged pipe and that I'm not planning to use that toilet, it's been disconnected for now and hole filled. The actual entry point for the mains water and internal stopcock remain elusive however! And endecotp, I need to get a stopcock key asap so that I can turn off the water supply from outside, as it's quite far down, but otherwise all good, thanks.

As mentioned, try your neighbours.
Good excuse to introduce yourself and likely if they know where theirs is, yours will be in same spot.
Pretty sure your place is all on concrete slab so neighbourhood will be the same and so will mains entry points.
