Could someone please tell me what the switch at the bottom does?
It is a three position switch.

Or the make of the system. I can see no name.
There is a very small T1549 stamped below the hole in the middle and 334202 05 36 6 printed on the back.

Volume of ringer. Off-low-high.

This looks like the early model, although the newer version is compatible, wiring wise.
