I want to fit a door lining into a doorway that's been cut through a double leaf block wall. Ideally I want to hang the door so that it's near enough flush with the entrance hall side of the wall, but opens into the shower room (see picture).

Is either layout (A or B) do-able, and if so what issues am I likely to encounter with each? I can see that the hinge would probably get in the way with layout B.

The closer the door can be to the entrance hall the better, otherwise it will hit the loo.

For reference, the overall thickness of the block wall is about 230mm. The lining is a 131mm wide lining kit from Wickes (already purchased). The door is a 762mm moulded thing from Wickes (already purchased).

Thanks!

Yo cannot do B (at least in that way). Hinges need to be at the edge of a door casing/lining/frame so that you can chop them in and make adjustments

Ah OK, thanks.

So to cover up the rough blocks between the edge of the door lining and the inner wall of the shower room I guess I just dot and dab some plasterboard in place, butted up against the door lining?
