Hi all

Wondering if anyone knows what type of threaded screw is required for the adjustable strike plate keep on my door? Both screws are lost but door will not "latch" if kids close door behind them i.e. slam it! This is probably how screws have been lost.
It looks like a M5 but just wondered if they are a standard type thread and not an "M" thread.
Thanks in advance for any replies!

Pretty much everything these days is a standard thread - and that standard is Metric (or "M"). Can't think of any new locks I've installed in 20 years or more which didn't have metric threads, other than one hotel where we were installing those horrible American type locks, TBH
