Hi;

I am building a block / wood workshop - project here.
Where the door opening is to be I have one course of blocks on a footing and then a DPC. Do I need to put anything on the DPC or can I fit the door sill onto the DPC?

Not sure what to use for the door sill yet or how to construct it but the door will probably be a DIY Ledge and Brace due to my restrictions on door height.

The door opening is 908mm for an 838mm width door, based on info from this thread.
25mm x 2 frame 4mm gap and 10mm for spacers?

Thanks

You can fit the full directly ontop of the dpc. If you are making your own door you don't have to have a cill on your frame you can just do 3 sides then fit a weather strip or rain guard or nothing along the bottom.
