door window advice....

hi all,

i have a smashed window in my door - pic here.

i am a DIY n00b and have no idea where to start.

the outside of the door has a hard putty type resin holding it in.

how do i go about practically replacing it?

ps sorry on the large size.

remove the putty with a knife or chisel or something similar.

take out the smashed glass

measure the size for a new piece (and the thickness of the glass)

get a piece from a glazier,

re putty in.

Or get a glazier/handy man in.
