Dorma extension and roof inspection

We have a dorma loft conversion (UK) and when I applied for house insurance, I had to declare the extension.

Because it is classed as flat roof, they want a roof inspection every 5 years for the dorma to be covered on the insurance.

Am finding it a little tricky trying to find someone who can take this on - does anyone else who has a dorma have or get a roof inspection?

It must be about 20 years old - don't know how low they last for?

I do this annually for the local club but I have never heard of this for domestic dwellings.
