dormer roof repair epdm / grp/ or felt

Same old story - old felt roof - rain = leak.


Dormer roof abouve t windows maybe 2.5mtr sqr at most

Do I get a contractor to install epdm or grp?

Also could I get the contractor to put King span or similar under the boards that support the epdm to improve isualation ?

What cost would I be looking at (ball park)
