Dose celotex need a air vent

as you can see by the picture I have 100m stud exterior walls to which I have place 100m celotex in the gaps and then taped over with foil tape should I add a air vent to them as someone told me they can sweat and cause the wood to rot due to the moisture build up in the property I also play to battern out the wall and add 20mm insulated plasterboard over the battern to make a air gap can any1 advise me please?
