dot and dab?

Hi just seeking some thoughts!
Has any one boarded over ceramic tiles using plaster board adhesive,trying to avoid removing tiles,and destroying original wall

loads of times, drywall adhesive will stick to most things

You can buy a specific tile primer if you are worried about the dotndab not biting enough!
