Double bifold doors

Hi Guys

We have a large alcove netween two rooms in which we want to fit some form of folding doors

Is it possible to fit two sets of standard bifold doors - i.e. one on each side of the alcove

If so, what kind of catch could we use so they close securely ?

will both sets of doors be used all the time?
you might be able to instal some flush bolts/tower bolts on 1 set of doors and a normal lever latch/lock on the other set.
