Double boarding floor

Can someone help please i have screwed and glued a wyeroc floor but need to double board it as it needs a further 20mm.
I want ti add ply but not sure how to fix the ply to the wyeroc
Do i glue and nail,glue and screw etc
Any help would be appreciated

Lay the next skin at right angles to the first and stagger the joints
 
Thanks for the swift reply, could you advise what screws would be best suited to avoid any future squeaking etc.
I have used the spax TX countersunk 4.5 x 60mm flooring screws for the weyrock but not sure if they are best suited or an overkill for the ply.

I generally use a collated screwdriver, but the flooring screws are something like 4.2 x 40mm to 4.5 x 50mm. Go for screws with either an unthreaded top end to the shank, or a reverse threaded portion just beneath the head as this avoids the noard jacking
