Downlight Chrome Fitting

Hi All,

I have 6 downlights in my bathroom. I'm down to one bulb left so need to replace them all as soon as poss. The reason I have left it this long is that I cannot fathom out how to get to the bulb. All of the videos I have seen on you tube appear to be the standard round fitting with spring attachment.

As you can see from the pictures, the bulb in my downlights are behind a piece of glass in a square chrome fitting. I've tried twisting the chrome, but it doesn't feel like the fitting will come off that way. Any ideas how to get to the bulb ?

Square fittings also have spring fixings.
