Downpipe problem

We have recently had new sofits and guttering fitted but every time it rains the front dowpipe becomes detached from the guttering. Is there any way of curing this using sealant/adhesive and if so what type?

Call back the people who fitted the sofits and get them to fit it.

They should of used plastic cement ( glue ) unless they had the top off and got high and forgot to put some on,
