Downstairs radiator

Hello

My downstairs raditor in my toilet is not working properly. All other radiators in the house are working. We have tried everything, bled it, drained it, everything.
We have taken the radiator off now and one pipe is hot and the other pipe nothing else is coming out. No water nothing.

What could be the problem?

Is the valve open? If so then the pipe is blocked.

Yes the valves are open and hot water is coming out of one but nothing from the other.

How do I unblock the pipes please?

Connect up to outside tap with a hose. Push some cold mains through it.

Sorry to sound dim, how do I do that please?

Sure the valve is open? It probably isn`t. It may appear to be open but internally it may be cream crackered. If so, so are you. Bummer. You will have to disconnect the valve at the nut and empty into a bucket,Do you have a combi? conventional system,i.e cylinder? Post back will try and talk you through it.
