My daughter's ground floor radiators are not as hot as upstairs,i have tried bleeding them until water appears but with no joy.

system could need balancing, my house was the same, i turned the upstairs lock shield valves down to 1.5 turns open and the downstairs got red hot, and the upstairs were still red hot too, also my pump was set to slow so it wasnt circulating the hot water downstairs fast enough,
