Downstairs wc installation

Hi, I would like to get a wc room installed in my downstairs hall.

This would require the sink and toilet to be installed and connected to existing supply and waste. I think this will be easy enough as there is around a meter under floor to run these under. The frame for the room would also need to be built and would mean the front door of the house would need replaced as the room would butt up to where the existing upvc front door side panel is.

Would I contact a plumber or joiner or both about carrying all this out?

Would I need building regs for this?

Depending on the waste and how you plan to connect it.
 
I think you'll need building control - a plumber would be a good start - he probably knows someone who can do the construction bit. You might also need an electrician for extractor fan, lights etc.

How much do you think such a job would cost.

The size of the room would be approx 1m x 1300mm

I coul either have an extractor fitted or a window. The current upvc bit at the side of front door could be changed for a window I think.
